If you asked Americans what they mean when they ask this,
you would probably get an answer pertaining to the Southern Border
and this being the Soveriegn Nation of the United States needing some good
Sharp Razor wire.

However if you over heard some Mexican National illegals
speaking (and yes probably in spanish) they would say
They were looking for a fence as well...............A fence: to sell some stuff to;

Stuff; they stole FROM US AMERICANS!!!
